“Our lives are made up of big events and tiny moments. Ultimately, life is fleeting, and often times it’s these small moments, this motion, that we love to document.”
Probably my least favorite theme of the course so far because I am all about clean and crisp images. None-the-less here is my take on the theme. These ducks are circling this bird on it’s island like they are guarding it. I also enjoy the peaceful contrast of the blue water reflecting the summer sky.

It was a busy wedding day so I took a few minutes after the sun had set to take some photos of the fountain in all its glory and realised that the picture was perfect for the architecture and monochrome theme. Its the beautiful curve of the wall and the exactness of the little pillars on the balcony edge. Stunning is not a word I use often because stunning is quite a gig to live up to but stunning, this is.
The only thing I can’t decide is if I prefer the colour or the black & white version. What do you think?

I’m not a fan of settling for a picture that doesn’t really resonate with my inner sense of the theme. I went for a walk, headphones in, sunnies on. Took some pictures along the way. Took some pictures at the destination. Didn’t like any of them. On the walk home I looked down at my feet…
