Photo 101 Day Eight: Natural World & Leading Lines

‘A good photographer is a constant observer: always watching and studying a scene, from patterns in city traffic to movements in nature.’

Let me tell you one thing that I LOVE about this photography course, not that I need another reason! Well that thing is the chance to explore and really look around and use my eyes. I sound weird, right? Next time you are out on a walk, get your ‘owl on’ and turn your head 360 degrees and keep your eyes peeled for all the new things you will see. You thought that plants were just plants? Oh but trees are just ..trees, right?

  1. A beautiful photo of a tree capturing the image of nature perfectly. Trees can tell a story that can back far. If only trees could talk I wonder what they would say!

    1. It made me stop on my tracks. The sheer size of its trunk and strong branches all stemming outwards in different directions with ease. I can imagine it has an amazing past and has seen some great things. I wish I lived in the early 1900’s as the daughter of an earl. This tree lived then. In some ways I am jealous of this tree haha
